We’ll cut through your dieting confusion, get you unstuck from unhelpful eating patterns, and uncover what you need to do to have an easy and loving relationship with your body and food so that you can escape the trap of yo-yo dieting. This is not a high-street slimming club where most clients are returners and blaming themselves for having 'fallen off the wagon'.


This is a programme unlike any you have ever experienced before.


I will never ask your weight and we certainly don't do weigh-ins. I won't ask you how much weight you've lost, I won't give you an eating plan, and I definitely won't give you 'cheat' strategies or 'diet' foods.


This is personal and I get to know you well, so I can help. So be prepared to be honest. Which I understand is difficult because there's so much shame around food for dieters.


What I  do is help you track changes to your thinking and your habits and give you tools to decide your own rules for eating. I help you understand why you eat what you eat, when and how you eat, and help you unravel those habits to make empowered choices. I help you learn to believe in yourself, to realise you are worth investing time, money and energy into personal development so that you can be the best version of you.
