Access to our general website, www.freetobenlp.co.uk, is provided on a temporary basis. We may withdraw, restrict or change the general website or its publicly available content where reasonably necessary.
Access to paid Courses and Membership Groups through The Mindset Diet Academy is governed by our Online Course Terms and Conditions and our Group Membership Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms of Website Use allows us to withdraw paid Course or Membership access in a way that conflicts with the access rights set out in those terms.
If you are issued with login details for The Mindset Diet Academy, you must keep them confidential and must not share them with another person. We may suspend or disable login details where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy or the applicable Online Course or Membership Group Terms, or where this is reasonably necessary to protect the security of the Academy or its users.
We will not be liable if for any reason our sites are unavailable at any time or if the content is changed or out of date.

If there is any conflict between these Terms of Website Use and the Online Course or Membership Group Terms and Conditions concerning a purchase, payment, cancellation, refund, materials or continued access, the Online Course or Membership Group Terms and Conditions will take priority.
VARIATIONS
We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page or by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
